More About the Practice

This is a free-form movement practice with no steps or choreography but is scaffolded by a loose framework that serves as a container for our explorations. Your tour guide, Jennifer, presents this offering in service to the many movement modalities that have shaped her own practice, so you may find echoes of 5Rhythms, Gaga, yoga, and Nia in the offerings. Metaphors, somatic prompts, imagery and imagination on the dance floor are all tools used to find new ways to tap into our deepest and most expansive self.
